They give me better and near my family rooms although I booked the different and cheaper. That's good

The restaurant room service have more fee and didn't clearly price

The bungle was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The pool was about the same temperature as outside which is not t so nice when it is 34 degrees Celsius.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was really good at solving the TV issue and went the extra mile to help.

Water pressure was pretty low.The smart TV was not connected to Internet and had to change the TV.Breakfast was So-so for me. I had a few take away for dinner and the food was average.

Location, breakfast, staff, the facilities could be improved a bit.

During check out, the short of staff at the reception leading to people not lining up, and staff just take whoever comes to the desk and disregarded whoever was lining up before, which is quite unprofessional.

The room had a huge bed, one of the biggest beds I've seen in a hotel, and a good mattress, a large terrace with a beautiful view of the area, the area is very well maintained and it's just nice to walk around it, great breakfasts, the staff are extremely friendly, a large swimming pool with an aqua park, and also a lot of slides for children. We'll definitely come here again.

For how much they charge the hotel and facilities are amazing. My son loved the water slides, pool, and grounds are really well kept. Beautiful walk along the beach path. Breakfast had a great selection.

We stayed for three nights in early January in the bungalows near the water park. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the golf cart ride for our luggage was a nice touch. Though compact, our bungalows were equipped with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a minibar, kettle, and safe, and we found them quite clean overall. The water park was the highlight of our stay—open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, it has a shallow playground pool for younger children and a larger pool with three exciting slides for kids over 120 cm and adults (including a two-person rubber raft with a thrilling “tornado spin”). Lifeguards were attentive, maintenance was excellent, and the water is strongly chlorinated, so consider bringing swim goggles. We also appreciated the laundry service, which returned our clean clothes in just a few hours. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering over 30 hot and cold Vietnamese dishes, along with made-to-order omelets, eggs, and noodle soup.

Housekeeping was not proactive—we had to ask for trash removal and more toilet paper, though service was quick once requested. The beds were quite firm, which may not suit everyone. Beyond breakfast, the restaurant was underwhelming; the tiny pizza was overloaded with cheese, and the deep-fried fish with fries felt dry and bland. Priced at 130–200k VND, the portions and quality didn’t match the cost. The poolside bar’s limited menu (coffee, soda, coconut water, orange juice) was also disappointing in a country known for plentiful fresh fruit. Lastly, the resort is somewhat removed from the city center, so longer walks or taxis are needed if you’d like other dining options or want to explore more of the area.

Nice clean rooms, and a good restaurant, set in lovely gardens by the beach in Ninh Thuan. The restaurant staff were all very charming - very friendly and good English spoken, which was nice. The pool area is currently a bit of a building site but very adequate - it does need finishing, though..

Quite a lot of mosquitoes, so remember to bring your repellant!

We spent 5 great days in the resort. Kids very much loved the pool, our wooden houses were comfortable and clean, breakfast was varied. Points to improve:- Staff spoke no to extremely little English, making it hard to communicate and understand what was offered- We found out ourselves that there are bikes and umbrellas available. However bikes were broken, only few available ones were taken by other guests. Same for umbrellas. - Service in the restaurant during dinner is very slow. Dishes are brought one by one in the convenient order for the kitchen, not for the guests. So when one family member finishes, another just gets his/her food

Near the beach and the pools are good. The WiFi is good.

The beach was full of plastic. There was bird poo all over the walls of our cabin. The shower needs a deep clean. The whole hut felt a bit run down. There was a lack of atmosphere and not much in the local area, so if the weather is bad there isn’t anything to do. Breakfast was bad, there were birds landing on the buffet and eating from the serving spoons.

The location was good,next to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Watermark additional benefit to take fun with the friends and family !

Lovely quite gardens, perfect big pool. Khoa was fantastic when I checked out to help me with new data on my phone. Very helpful! All staff were very good!

There are many trees in the resort, I really like it.The sea is clean and don't have too many people.The breakfast buffet is fine.There is a large pool with slides, suitable for children.The staff is helpful and hospitable. The service is good.The bungalow has a sofa which can pull out ti become a bed. So it can be a good choice for a family of 4.

Our bungalow is a small therefore the toilet is a little bit narrow.The internet is inconsistent, but it doesn't really matter.

The staffs are very nice and helpful even they aren't so good at speaking English.The buffet is good, new main dishes every day.

Snacks, drinks, foods and laundry services are way too expensive.
